[accantum] is a simple to use modern data archiving web-solution that consists of two products: [accantum] Archive Server and [accantum] Document Manager
[accantum] Archive Server is designed for secure documents archival storage. E-mail, paper documents, technical diagrams and documentation, invoices and other, are loaded through the web-interface to the Central data archive. Due to the web-browser, user has an access to these documents, regardless of location (fast and safe), and most important – significantly saving time and money on finding the right document.

[accantum] Document Manager automates document processing, storage and indexing of incoming and outgoing documents
[accantum] Document Manager key features:
- Outgoing documents print and archiving;
- Incoming documents scanning, processing and archiving;
- Automated documents reading and processing from almost any application (Accounting, ERP, CRM, etc.);
- Scanned documents reading, recognition and archiving using bar codes and OCR in accordance with established rules
[accantum] Document Manager basic version supports the formats: PDF, Postscript, TIFF and ASCII. If necessary, provides support fot other file formats (AFP, etc.)
