The aim of national procurement web-portal of Ukraine creation is the grow of public procurement efficiency and transparency. The system was built for public customers, gives the wide range of services for government supervision, control and coordination organs. The system has the web-interface; due to it users have an access to the necessary information according to the access rules.

 Key users:

- DGVPP “Zovnishtorgvydav Ukrayiny” employees, that are responsible for the “Announcer of Public Purchasing”;
- public costumers (public finance managers, that are responsible for public procurement conduction), for them the portal gives functions to place information about tenders;

- future tender participants, that have an access to whole tenders information;

- control organs, that are responsible for supervision, control and coordination in public procurements

- procurement bulletins preparation support.
- Internet procurement resources preparation.
