Exam Testing System

Purpose of the system:
providing all participants of the learning process simple and convenient tool that facilitates the process of monitoring the students' knowledge, preparation of tests and analysis of test results.
Exam Testing System is designed to automate the process of preparing and conducting examinations, tests and other test events, which take place in an educational institution.
The system consists of:
- Automated student workplace
- Server module
Automated student workplace used by student for testing.
In automated student workplace implemented functions:
- access of students to test items using protective codes. Each student receive from the teacher personal security code, which uses for testing. Access is available only in combination with the correct security code and name of student
- run-time tests control. The time of tests, determined by the teacher. The system warns the user about the end of time spent on testing. After the specified amount of time testing forcibly ends.
- automatic check of student responses and determine the number of points. After testing, the system automatically checks the answers given by student and calculates the number of points collected them and stores the results in the database.
Server module combines the functions of a test server that provides students workplaces, the environment and the teacher in preparing tests.
The following functions are implemented in the module:
- database benchmark course creation. Control tasks are distributed over the sections. Each task consists of the task (as a PDF) and the list of answers on a scale that is calculated for each option. Using the PDF format allows the teacher to create the task in any software package. The task can also include graphs and photos. If necessary, there is an ability to create tasks from scanned handwritten and printed materials
- sescription of test ticket rules for different types of test events. The teacher has the ability to create so-called profile test - a set of rules, which are formed test sheets. Profile determines the number of tasks in the sheet, the task of which sections are used in the formation of sheet, and time for testing. In the system may be an arbitrary set of profiles
- accounting information about students and study groups. The system provides a means of accounting education student groups, generation of protective codes for students, permission / prohibition of students passing the tests (at each profile Testing). You can batch upload / download files lists of students with Microsoft Excel.
- test results reporting. For the server module is able to obtain teacher report materials test results, review testing history of each individual student. Also provides for review of responses that students gave to specific test questions - for detailed analysis in case of disputes
Advantages of the system:
